Thought you might be interested in the attached pictures of my Trice T with Arkel GT54 panniers attached. The height of the rack means I don’t need special recumbent panniers (although I’m sure they’d be a great addition to the Trice) and that I can use the same panniers as I use on my upright bike. I also have the Trice bar bag mount attached with an Arkel small bar bag hanging off – excellent. The new hook system on the panniers is a huge improvement. Very easy to load and unload the panniers, and the new hooks don’t mark the rack in any way. Arkel panniers are expensive compared to many alternatives, but I’m a great believer in buying the best (buy cheap – buy often). That’s why I bought a Trice, and that’s why I bought the Arkels. Best of breed cycling down the road in both cases.
Took it on a short camping tour to the Cotswolds last week. Trice performed very well – as did the panniers.
