Dear Trice,

I am writing to say thank you.

Thank you, first of all, to your designers, engineers, and
manufacturers for turning out such a splendid product. I've ridden my
Trice XL-NT over 4,000 miles since purchasing it two and a half years
ago. Every time I ride, I am sure to have several people ask me about
it--or just call out "cool bike" as I go by. People can tell just by
looking at it that it's well designed and fun to ride.

What's really gratifying, however, is to have knowledgeable people
comment on its features--the lugs, the braze-ons, the smooth welds, the
bent tubing. One man who wanted to build his own trike marveled at the
responsiveness of the steering mechanism. Another who had been a
machinist admired the beautiful work on the hubs. People with some
expertise recognize that whoever put this machine together knew what he
was doing and took care to do it right.

I thank you, secondly, for your fine service. One of my fender
mounts gave out (the second one to do so, even though the bike is cared
for lovingly) and you sent me two replacements--no questions, no cost.
It's nice to see a company that stands behind its product the way you do.

I recommend your trikes to everyone I talk to and look forward to
every moment I can ride. The best decision I made in retirement was to
move closer to my grandchildren. The second best was to buy a Trice.
