Hello to everyone at ICE

We are safely home !! 772 miles completed - the machine is fantastic - Maureen thinks it is like riding on a magic carpet !
The weather for the trip was nothing special and it was necessary to ride in waterproofs for a lot of the time, however
it really was a fantastic journey and the machine a pleasure to ride - you do a fantastic job down there. We managed to pick up 2 punctures - one in each front wheel both within a mile of each other - the Tyre Mate came in most useful.
As you know we travelled out Plymouth - Roscoff on the new Pont Aven Ferry (Quite a Ship) and returned home on the Super Seacat Dieppe-Newhaven and at no time did we experience any difficulty with ground clearance on ramps etc - in fact on the whole trip with road bumps etc there was never a problem and I am extremely pleased that we chose the X2 - it handles like a dream !!
