I just want to thank you for producing an excellent product. In
particular, my Trice XL NT. :-)

I did have the chance to test ride a few trikes before I had to make my
decision, but once I rode an XL NT the decision was easy. Comfortable,
impeccable quality, and a blast to ride!

I appreciate the new fancy lugwork you offer, too. To the old-time
cyclists who understand cycle construction, it immediately grabs their
attention, and they know they are looking at a cycle the producers
really cared about.

Okay, dealing with manufacturers on another continent may not be the
easiest way to do business, exchanging currency is not exactly
intuitive, and American customs doesn't have a clue what they are doing,
but the end product has been worth it all.

One question... is there a serial number stamped on my trike, and where
might it be located?

Count me very satisfied. We'll be getting another quite soon (this one
is officially my wife's), so keep the production lines rolling.
