08 October 2004 - Order for new Trice Monster

Hi Neil, Just a note to let you know I have recieved the invoice update.
Everything looks fine. Thank You for your patience with all these
changes and the extra work I caused you. I have been retired for 5 1/2
years, with no intension of going back to work. But if I did your company
would be the place. ICE is a Class Act. I have alway's been in the service
field as a mechanic and have seen way too many companys handle things
very badly. Everything that I have seen, from the web site to the finished
product is top of the line, and takes enormous effort from all you guy's to
make that happen.
I think that the Trice line of trikes is the industry standard and everyone
involved should know your bikes are the best. After my experiance with my XL
I would not consider any other trike brand. Being able to order directly from you
makes it even better.
